    HRRC Matrimonial

    Welcome to HRRC Matrimonial, a matrimonial service operated by Holy Redeemer Renewal Centre (HRRC), Mawkhlam.

    These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the HRRC Matrimonial website, registration system, membership services, matrimonial profiles and related services.

    By registering for HRRC Matrimonial or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the service.

    1. Purpose of HRRC Matrimonial

    HRRC Matrimonial is intended to provide a platform through which eligible Catholic adults may discover and communicate with other Catholic adults who are genuinely interested in discerning marriage.

    The service is intended to encourage meaningful relationships and marriage discernment based on Christian and Catholic values.

    HRRC Matrimonial is not a dating or entertainment service and must not be used for casual, fraudulent, commercial or inappropriate purposes.

    2. Eligibility

    To register for HRRC Matrimonial:

    • You must be an adult and legally eligible to consider marriage.
    • You must be Catholic.
    • You must provide truthful and accurate information.
    • You must have a genuine intention to explore marriage.
    • You must not already be married or otherwise legally unable to enter into a marriage, unless your circumstances have been properly resolved and you are legally free to marry.
    • You must agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

    HRRC reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate a registration where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

    3. Registration

    Each individual must register using their own genuine information.

    You must not:

    • Create a false identity.
    • Register on behalf of another person without authorization.
    • Create multiple accounts for the same individual.
    • Use another person's identity.
    • Provide false information regarding age, marital status, occupation, education, religion, family background or other relevant information.

    HRRC may request additional information or clarification where reasonably necessary to verify a profile.

    4. Accuracy of Information

    You are responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in your matrimonial profile.

    You agree to update your profile when significant information changes.

    HRRC does not guarantee that all information submitted by members is complete, accurate, current or independently verified.

    Members should therefore exercise reasonable care and conduct appropriate personal verification before making important decisions.

    5. Membership Fee

    The HRRC Matrimonial membership fee is:

    ₹. 500.00 Membership for six months

    The applicable membership period begins according to the date specified or recorded at the time of successful registration.

    The membership fee covers access to the HRRC Matrimonial service during the applicable membership period and does not constitute a guarantee that a member will find a matrimonial partner.

    6. Payment

    Payments may be processed through an authorized online payment provider.

    You agree to provide accurate payment information when making a payment.

    HRRC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, internet-service providers or other third-party payment services.

    A successful payment does not automatically guarantee approval of a matrimonial profile if the registration does not satisfy the eligibility or verification requirements.

    7. Refund Policy

    The membership fee is generally non-refundable once the matrimonial service has been activated.

    This applies except where HRRC determines otherwise or where a refund is required by applicable law.

    If HRRC rejects a registration before the membership service has been activated, the applicable refund process may be communicated to the applicant.

    Duplicate payments, technical payment errors or other exceptional cases may be reviewed individually.

    Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.

    8. Profile Approval

    HRRC may review matrimonial profiles before they are made visible to other members.

    HRRC reserves the right to:

    • Approve a profile.
    • Request additional information.
    • Reject a profile.
    • Temporarily hide a profile.
    • Edit or remove inappropriate content.
    • Suspend or terminate a profile that violates these Terms.

    Profile approval does not constitute a guarantee that all information provided by the member is independently verified.

    9. Photographs

    Members must upload photographs that accurately represent themselves.

    Photographs must not:

    • Belong to another person without permission.
    • Contain unlawful or inappropriate material.
    • Mislead other members regarding the member's identity or appearance.
    • Violate another person's privacy or rights.

    HRRC may remove photographs that violate these Terms.

    10. Communication Between Members

    HRRC Matrimonial may allow members to communicate with potential matrimonial contacts.

    Members must communicate respectfully and responsibly.

    You must not use the service to:

    • Harass or threaten another person.
    • Send obscene or inappropriate material.
    • Send unsolicited commercial advertisements.
    • Request money from another member.
    • Commit fraud or deception.
    • Collect personal information for unauthorized purposes.
    • Promote unrelated businesses or services.
    • Engage in abusive, discriminatory or threatening conduct.

    HRRC may investigate reports of inappropriate conduct and take appropriate action.

    11. Safety and Personal Responsibility

    Members are responsible for their own safety and decisions.

    Before entering into a serious relationship or making significant personal decisions, members are strongly encouraged to:

    • Communicate openly.
    • Verify important information.
    • Meet in safe and appropriate places.
    • Inform trusted family members.
    • Seek appropriate guidance and counsel.
    • Take sufficient time for discernment.
    Never send money, OTPs, passwords, banking credentials or confidential financial information to another member merely because you met through HRRC Matrimonial.

    HRRC does not guarantee the identity, character, intentions, financial position, background or suitability of any member.

    12. Marriage Discernment

    HRRC Matrimonial provides a platform for meeting potential matrimonial partners.

    It does not guarantee:

    • That you will receive a matrimonial match.
    • That another member will respond to you.
    • That a relationship will develop.
    • That a relationship will result in engagement.
    • That a relationship will result in marriage.
    • That a particular member is suitable for you.

    The decision to pursue a relationship, engagement or marriage remains entirely with the individuals concerned.

    Members are encouraged to involve their families, priests, spiritual advisers or other appropriate persons in serious marriage discernment.

    13. Catholic and Church Requirements

    HRRC Matrimonial is intended to support Catholic adults seeking marriage.

    The use of HRRC Matrimonial does not replace the requirements, procedures or canonical processes of the Catholic Church concerning marriage.

    Members are responsible for obtaining appropriate guidance from their parish priest or competent Church authority concerning:

    • Marriage preparation.
    • Freedom to marry.
    • Canonical requirements.
    • Previous marriages.
    • Mixed marriage or disparity of cult requirements, where applicable.
    • Other matters concerning the validity or licitness of marriage.

    14. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to use HRRC Matrimonial for:

    • Fraud.
    • Impersonation.
    • Harassment.
    • Stalking.
    • Threats or intimidation.
    • Financial scams.
    • Soliciting money.
    • Commercial advertising without authorization.
    • Spam.
    • Political campaigning.
    • Illegal activities.
    • Sexual exploitation.
    • Distribution of obscene or unlawful content.
    • Unauthorized collection of member information.
    • Any activity that could harm another member or the reputation and operation of HRRC Matrimonial.

    15. Privacy

    Your use of HRRC Matrimonial is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and processed.

    By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

    16. Intellectual Property

    The HRRC Matrimonial website, including its branding, logos, graphics, text, design, photographs and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

    You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit HRRC Matrimonial content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

    Members retain responsibility for ensuring that material they upload does not infringe the rights of another person.

    17. Third-Party Services

    HRRC Matrimonial may use third-party services such as:

    • Payment gateways.
    • Email services.
    • Website-hosting services.
    • Database or cloud services.
    • Analytics or security services.

    Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

    HRRC is not responsible for the independent policies or failures of third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

    18. Suspension or Termination

    HRRC may suspend, restrict or terminate a member's account if:

    • The member violates these Terms & Conditions.
    • False or misleading information is discovered.
    • The account is being misused.
    • Another member reports serious misconduct.
    • The account creates a security or legal risk.
    • The member engages in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
    • Continued access is otherwise reasonably considered contrary to the purpose of HRRC Matrimonial.

    Where appropriate, HRRC may remove the member's profile and restrict future registration.

    19. No Guarantee of Service Availability

    HRRC will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and matrimonial service available.

    However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:

    • Website maintenance.
    • Technical problems.
    • Internet or network failures.
    • Server problems.
    • Security incidents.
    • Third-party service failures.
    • Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

    HRRC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

    20. Limitation of Responsibility

    HRRC Matrimonial provides a platform for matrimonial introductions and does not control the conduct of individual members.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, HRRC is not responsible for personal disputes, relationship decisions, financial transactions, misrepresentations, misconduct or other interactions between members.

    Members are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and taking appropriate precautions.

    Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

    21. Indemnity

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your:

    • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Misuse of HRRC Matrimonial.
    • Fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
    • Infringement of another person's rights.
    • Misrepresentation of information.

    22. Changes to These Terms

    HRRC may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

    Updated Terms may be published on this page with a revised effective date.

    Your continued use of HRRC Matrimonial after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    23. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

    Any dispute relating to the service shall be addressed in accordance with applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

    By clicking “Register,” “Create Account,” “Submit,” “I Agree,” or otherwise registering for or using HRRC Matrimonial, you confirm that:

    • You meet the eligibility requirements.
    • The information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
    • You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
    • You understand that HRRC does not guarantee a matrimonial match or marriage.
